Socially-psychological mechanisms of important oriented regulations of interpersonal interaction in production sphere organizations have been investigated. Theoretical-methodological positions in understanding socially-psychological essence of the phenomenon of interpersonal interaction in organization, its structure and criteria as well as valued orientations which perform the function of regulator of organization members' actions and the strategy of their conduct have been determined during the progress of investigation.The socially-psychological analysis of specific labour activity of employees in production sphere has been made as one of the terms. Nomenclature of valued orientations in production sphere organization has been determined and described. In the dissertation the main socially-psychological mechanisms of valued oriented regulation of interpersonal interaction. It has also been revealed that realization of socially-psychological mechanisms occurs with participation of professional constituent, has got clear direction towards the stable functioning of organization, effective achievements of the planned results. Perspective areas of research theme development, in particular the study of mechanism realization of anticrisis model of functioning of modern organization in conditions of economic alteration have been determined.
