Essay

Object - the processes of forming and using working time on Ukrainian railway enterprises. Objective - the development of science based system graduation and analysis of efficiently using working time factors, and it effect on enterprise activity results, the implementation science, methodical and practical recommendations on working time management as a point of view losing, and reveal their effects on enterprise economical strength. Methods - statistical grouping, average and relative values; tables and graphical methods; analysis of dynamics ranges on kinds of losses; determination, i.e. factors analysis; index; integral; stochastic, correlation analysis on factors; taxonomical. Novelty - for the first propose methodical approach for the working time cost evaluation and model of labour productivity dependencies from working time losses value for making labour productivity level prognosis. Results - it is define that at the modern enterprise in the conditions of an intensification, production integration, complication of interrelations between various branches working time are a universal measuring instrument of work, and the time savings law - a base economic law; the model of management is developed by working time losses; the working time management strategy is offered; the methodical approach to an estimation of working time losses, strategy and standards of the control over each component of losses are developed; absences through temporary incapacity for work, absence and dismissals are analyzed and evaluated; it is shown by means of an one-factorial mathematical model back-coupling between a brigade form of work organization, the experience, age of the worker and working time losses; it is proved that to significant losses of working time lead intrareplaceable idle times; typical classification of the reasons of losses as a result of idle times, and also route supervision sheet is developed; the interrelation between labour efficiency and working hours effective utilization is reasonable; it is offered to use indicators for an estimation of enterprise economic strength: a real estimation of working hours and a revenue earned estimation. Introduced - everything, mentioned above, was introduced at railway transport enterprises. Branch - railway transport.
