Essay

The thesis is devoted to the comprehensive study of the harmonization of the national legislation with the European Union legislation concerning the realization of young people's labour rights. The development of the EU labour legislation, the primary and secondary EU legislations are researched. Having carried out the contrasting analysis, the author makes a conclusion about the limited correspondence of the national legislation with the European regulations. The existing definitions of such concepts as "youth", "young workers-migrants" and the definitions given by the author are analyzed.
