Tatarenko G. Contractual regulation of pension provision in Ukraine

The work is dedicated to theoretical and practical problems of legal regulation of contractual relations in the field of pension provision in Ukraine under the circumstances of market economy, diversity of patterns of ownership and organizational-legal forms of management. The concept "contract in the field of pension provision" has been developed in the work, proposals on forming essential contract terms in the field of pension provision. Classification of contracts in the field of pension provision has been suggested. Legal categories "pension agreement" (contract), "scheduler", "beneficiary", "participant", "subjects of pension law", "subjects of pension relations" have been developed.
