Ostroverh A. Guarantee and Compensatory Payments according to the Legislature of Ukraine in the Conditions of Market Economy

The dissertation is devoted to the complex research of kinds and content of guarantee and compensatory payments, their collaboration with the other law categories, to the place of corresponding relations in the subject of Labour Law, the fundamentals of their legal regulation are analysed. The international and also foreign experience of legal regulation of guarantee and compensatory payments has been learned. The author's definition of posting as a worker's trip according to the employer's order for a definite term for fulfilling his labour function in another inhabited locality out of his permanent place of work has been formulated.
