The thesis is devoted to the complex investigation of theoretical and practical problems of disabled people's socio-legal defense in Ukraine, under modern conditions of marketing transformations and crisis phenomena in financial sphere. Particularly, the analysis of social-theoretical and particular branch approaches to the terms determination are carried out; they are: "socio-legal defense", "a disabled person", "disability" , "social service" and others. Special attention is paid to the organizational legal mechanism of professional rehabilitation of disabled people and their employment.
