Dissertation is devoted to theoretical and practical issues, which deal with the improvement of legal regulation of foreigners' and stateless persons' employment in Ukraine. The work represents a complex research of the problem of exercising the right for employment by these persons on the territory of Ukraine, and also formulates directions for regulation of labour migration under present-day conditions. The dissertation reveals the legal nature of the notions "foreigner" and "stateless person" in social and legal aspects and the content of the legal status of such persons as subjects of Labour Law of Ukraine.
