Essay

The analysis of law regulation of labour payment in certain periods of the development of Ukrainian state is made. Such notions as "labour payment" and "salary/wage" are defined. The main characteristics of salary/wage, peculiarities of its structure, functions and principles are under the author's consideration. Proposals concerning legal definition of state and agreed regulation of labour payment are grounded. On the basis of Law analyses the main state norms and minimal guarantees in labour payment are researched.
