The object - strategic management of investment activity of enterprises.Aim – substantiation of theoretical principles and formulation of the recommendations as to the strategic management of agricultural enterprises investment activity.Methods – method of theoretical generalization, grouping method, forecast and economic-mathematical modeling method, graphic method, statistic-economic method, correlation-regressive method, abstract-logic method.Results – the author substantiated approach to analysis of investment attractiveness of an industry, with the help of which one can use forecast information about external and internal factors as well as the subsystem of strategic analysis and forecast of data of agricultural activity data and theoretical approaches to strategic decisions analysis in the agricultural enterprises.Novelty – the author suggested use of strategic “hatches” for definition of “gaps” between defined aims of and enterprise and its actual opportunities. This will allow to identify actual indices of strategic planning which will provide setting of the “hatch” between the strategic plan indices and actual possibilities.Introduced – is to be introduced at the Head Financial Administration of Chernivtsi Regional State Administration, Agricultural Limited Company “Kolosok-1”, Agricultural Limited Company “Kolosok-2”, Agricultural Limited Company “Koteleve”, at the studies of Chernivtsi Trade and Economics Institute of KNTEU.Area – investment activity of agricultural enterprises
