Essay

It is grounded in dissertation, that the problem of dualism and synthesis of aims of absolute and positive law is of great importance for development of modern theory of law. Because all the history of law we know was the process of not as divergence as permanent convergence of basic purposes of absolute and positive law directed at their synthesis. Other words that was the process of successive legitimating absolute laws of man claimed as legal norms. Nowadays, however, there is no theoretical explanation of how the synthesis of absolute and positive law aims is taken place under conditions of absolute and positive law dualism.
