Kuzhda T. Social-economic estimation and planning of innovation development of the mechanical-engineering enterprises

A research object is the social-economic processes of innovative development of the machine-building complex of Ukraine. The purpose of the work consists in developing scientifically-reasonable recommendations to social-economic estimation and planning of innovative development of the machine-building enterprises. The author has used the methods of comparative analysis, regression modelling, expert estimations, construction of integrated indicators, empirical research, development scenarios, economic-mathematical modelling. A theoretical value deals with development a category innovative development, classifications of factors and kinds of planning of innovative development, complex approach to estimation of influence of social-economic factors on innovative development of the enterprise. The method of calculation of a general indicator of social development on the basis of four groups of indicators which display the level of systems development of work humanization, social warranties for staff, safety and labour protection, corporate responsibility that is considered in accounts of an integrated indicator of level of innovative development of the machine-building enterprise is a scientific novelty. Also the methodical recommendation on planning innovative development based on the economic-mathematical modelling and instruments of economic substantiation of innovative development strategy choice are a scientific novelty. The theme of the dissertation work is methodical and theoretical positions on the evaluation and planning of innovative development of machine-building enterprises. Suggestions of the author are used in monitoring of machine-building enterprises for level of innovative development, in forming of the enterprises rating behind an integrated indicator. The enterprises of machine-building industry are a sphere of the use of the author's suggestions.
