A research object is a process of forming of strategy of development of foreign economic activity of machine-building enterprises. A research purpose is development of scientifically methodical positions and practical recommendations in relation to forming of strategy of development of foreign economic activity of enterprises of engineer. Research methods: approach of the systems, statistical analysis, classic statistical methods, correlation regressive analysis, optimization design, expert estimations, factor analysis. In dissertation conceptual principles of differentiation of structure of levels of strategic aims of foreign economic activity of machine-building enterprise are first developed with the purpose of forming of tree of aims and modification of strategy of development of foreign economic activity. Got subsequent development concept vehicle of essence and maintenance of strategy of development of foreign economic activity та classification of factors of influence on development of activity at the oversea markets. Drawn on research results and inculcated in activity of machine-building enterprises and in an educational process. The main sphere of drawing on conducted researches is a management and foreign economic activity of machine-building enterprises.
