Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the features of the Clinic and information about instrumental researches in different forms EBV-encephalitis changes of children. The acute and chronic forms of EBV-encephalitis are selected. The algorithm of diagnostics of acute and chronic forms of EBV-encephalitis is developed in accordance to complex of independent signs, including Clinic and anamnesis and given the MRI of cerebrum. The diagnostic criteria of the acute and chronic forms of EBV-encephalitis are explored by means of the heterogeneous successive procedure of Vald-Genkin. To establish the EBV role in the origin of convulsive syndrome the necessity of prescription of not only anticonvulsive but also antiviral preparations is obligated to increase the efficiency of treatment of EBV-diseases. Trained maintenance of whey alfa-INF and gamma -INF depending forms of EBV-encephalitis.
