Essay

The dissertation is dedicated to the process of the establishment and development of the institution of adoption in Ukraine as one of the essential institutions of law. It was studied on the basis of the analysis of legal acts, archival materials and scientific literature. The dissertation also focused on the preconditions and the main stages of adoption institution formation on the Ukrainian lands. On the basis of the results of research work there had been suggested the recommendations, aimed at improving legal regulation of adoption in Ukraine, taking into account the historical experience of Ukraine and many countries of the world.
