Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the development of the new conductive siloxane-graphite materials with regulated electrical properties and enhanced thermal stability. Optimal technological schemes and regimes of composite materials of paint type and press-powders in the system polyorganosiloxane - graphite, POS-TEG procession were experimentally established. The results of the complex experimental researches of obtained materials are summarized in features of their electrical, thermo-physical and operational properties. Accordingly to the results of the research it was developed the composition of paint material with maximal heat- emanation from the surface unit and press-powder used for obtaining of the composites with necessary level of physico - chemical properties. The construction of the heating devise with optimal functional parameters was also developed.
