Kurovska N. The Organizational and Economic Mehanism of Hop-growing Revival

Research object: the process of reviving the hop-growing branch on the basis of innovative the development model. Research purpose: the substantiation of organizational and economic mechanism of hop-growing revival. Research technignes: abstract-and-logical, analysis and synthesis, statistic-and-economical, monographic, sociological questioning, rating estimation, correlation- regressive analysis, game theory. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical results consist in enriching of science with new theoretical and methodological approaches to the decision of problem reviving the hop-growing branch. The practical use of the got results obtained is determined by the set of elaborated recommendations and suggestions regarding the strategic tasks of organizational and economic mechanism of hop-growing revival. Scientific novelty: the author is the first to suggest a methodological approach to solving the scientific problem of national hop-growing revival which is based on determining and using the totality of technological, organizational, economic, social and ecological factors of hop-growing enterprise innovative development. The interpretation of the economic essence of the category of revival to the transition to the innovative model of hop-growing development based on the application of up-to-date technologies are improved; the management principles of strengthening integration links between hop producers, processing enterprises and breweries are formulated; the proposals concerning the social development of hop-growing enterprises on the basis of human factor priority in the process of the branch revival are substantiated. Degree of introduction: the results of scientific studies are used by the executive bodies of Zhytomyr region in the process of reviving the hop-growing branch and increase as well as in the educational process of the Zhytomyr National Agroecological University in teaching special disciplines. Efficiency: the results of the research allow to substantiate a set of strategical orienting points for farm enterprises in the process of reviving the hop-growing branch.
