Tymoshenko M. Managerial staff formation and use at agricultural enterprises

Research object: the process of managerial staff formation and use at agricultural enterprises in order to guarantee their functioning efficiency. Research purpose: elaboration and substantiation of the suggestions as to improving the process of managerial staff formation and raising its efficiency. Research technignes: theoretical generalization, abstract-and-logical, scientific abstraction, statistical and economic method, method of comparison, structural analysis, classification, correlation-and-regression analysis, observation, expert estimation, polling and questioning. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical results consist in enrichment of science with new theoretical and methodological approaches to the solution of the problem of estimating management efficiency at agricultural enterprises. Practical significance consists in the possibility to apply the results of the research for solving the problem of efficient functioning of the agricultural enterprises management system. Scientific novelty: the integration pattern of estimating the efficiency of agricultural enterprises management as well as of individual organization managers and their groups has been suggested for the first time. This is based on the analysis of the management system potential use at the individual, command, general and organizational levels with an allowance for internal and external conditions of its formation and implementation. Degree of introduction: the results of the research are used by the Zhitomyr region authorities while determining the importance of social structure separate objects to increase the efficiency of agricultural enterprises activities. They are also used in the educational process of the Zhitomyr agroecological university while teaching separate subjects. Efficiency: the results of the research allow to substantiate the measures as toincreasing the efficiency of managerial activities of agricultural enterprises officials.
