The object of research the process of motivation aspects creation which form up legal, economic and social psychological premises for transition of agrarian enterprises to using ecologically safe and resources conserving production technologies. The purpose of research: substantiation of theoretically methodological, methodic and applied aspects of forming motivation system of agrarian enterprises to the transition to an ecologically safe way of development. Methods: abstract logical method, analogy and comparison, induction and deduction, historical, statistic-economical, analysis and synthesis, monographic, sociological interrogation, calculating constructive one. Theoretical and practical results: theoretical generalization and practical aspects of scientific investigation are used for forming motivation management of ecologically safe development of agrarian enterprises in Zhytomyr region. Research novelty: for the first time the methodological aspect of the motivation management of ecologically safe development of the farm enterprises is substantiated, the essence of which is application of the motivation instrument in taxation “biological farm enterprises” and forming the system of market for their production in the way of making the corporative structure with the aim bull meeting of them and guaranteeing quality; there were improved theoretical substantiation of the mechanism of the motivation management of ecologically safe development of agrarian enterprises, that, as distinct from the traditional approach assumes distinguishing of the three regimes of the motivation influence, each one consisting of the certain set of financially economical, legally normative, administrative instruments and is distinguished by the intensity degree and influence hardness; systematization of the aspects that determine motivation of agrarian enterprises into tradition for using ecologically safe and resource conserving production technologies; further got further development interpenetration of the essence of the notion “motivation management” that is defined as the sphere of making management solutions as for putting, coordination and decomposition of the subject of motivation aims, among which there is a direct interaction and in addition the process of the aspect identification that brings about its unity. Degree of introduction:the investigation results as for the substantiation of the mechanism of the motivation management of the ecologically safe development of agrarian enterprises are recommended for adoption by the Main Direction of the Agrarian Development in Zhytomyr region State Administrations; the propositions of balance in the system of the region nature economic development are used in the process of realization of the complex programmer of the Environmental protection for 2008-2012 of the State Direction of the Environmental protection in Zhytomyr region. Efficiency: investigation results form up motivation mechanism of the ecologically safe development of farm enterprises under employment of motivation tax instruments for “biological agrarian enterprises” and organizing the market system for their production.
