Object: process of ports integration to the European transport system; purpose: development of scientific aspects, methodical positions and practical recommendations about perfection of toolkit of ports adaptation to the European transport system (to the system of the international transport corridors - ITC) in relation to external economic conditions; methods: the economic and system analysis, the mathematical analysis, modeling and forecasting, statistical data processing; theoretical and practical results: practical aspects and the basic directions of effective development of seaports are developed; novelty - laws of development of goods traffics in the European transport system and ITC network are proved; the model of decisions realization on seaports adaptation to the external conditions in the ITC system is developed; introduction degree - in "Ukrainian Danube shipping company", "Izmail sea trading port", in educational process in the Odessa national maritime academy; sphere (branch) of use - economy and management of the enterprises, higher education.
