Essay

Dissertation work is devoted to increasing quality of devitalized incisors restoration on the base of substantiative using of biomechanical approach. Under performed experimental, laboratory, morphological investigations of materials, that are indicated for using at direct restoration of devitalized frontal teeth crowns, the new algorithm of direct method of coronal part restoration from biomechanical maxillo-facial system view is substantiated. Experimental investigation proved the possibility of clinical using of new dual-core composite cement "CAPO" and glass-plastic posts "PASS", checked the high clinical efficiency of it's using at direct restoration method of devitalized incisors at clinic of therapeutic dentistry at short and long - terms investigations.
