Stupak O. Treatment and prophylaxis features of candidosis of oral mucosa at patients with diabetes mellitus of type 1.

Dissertation work is devoted to the problem of treatment and prophylaxis of candidosis of oral mucosa at patients with diabetes mellitus of type 1. With the help of clinical, microbiological and biochemical methods clinical and pathogenic features of candidosis of oral mucosa at patients with diabetes mellitus of type 1 was studied, general protheolytic activity, fat peroxide oxidizing rate and antioxidant protection of oral cavity was determined, also oral cavity microbiocenosis and oral cavity disbiosis was investigated by enzyme method. Pathogenically based way for complex treatment and prophylaxis of candidosis of oral mucosa at patients with diabetes mellitus of type 1 was improved. On the base of performed clinical-laboratory investigations proved that adviced treatment-prophylactic complex for patients with candidosis of oral mucosa with diabetes mellitus of type 1 improved clinical stage of oral cavity in a 12 days, and in a 1 month - renew the functional activity of salivary glands. After prophylactic antirecidive using of immunebiological medicines "Bactulin" and "Lizomukoid" at patients in a 6 months fat peroxide oxidizing rate and antioxidant protection of oral cavity normalized, general protheolytic activity decreased, renew the microbiocenosis of oral cavity.
