Essay

The given thesis is devoted to the substantiation of the potential of performing subperiosteal implantation in one surgical stage. The author has suggested the method of implant constructing on the stereolithographical jaw model, made with the help of 3D modelling conducted by the computer software application "Sim Plant" based on the spiral tomogram jaw examination. The protocol of one-stage subperiosteal implantation has been developed. The clinical, rheographic, and electromyographic investigations have been carried out in the context of the given work. They have proved the high efficiency of the suggested method of one-stage subperiosteal implantation on the upper jaw as well as confirmed good patients' adaptation to the prostheses fixed on the subperiosteal implants installed in one stage.
