Kvasnevska N. Responsibility for delivery of a deliberately wrongful verdict, judgment, resolution or order by a judge (judges) in Ukraine (criminal law and criminology research).

This thesis is dedicated to comprehensive research of criminal responsibility of judges for delivering a deliberately wrongful verdict, judgment, resolution or order and is stipulated by necessity of theoretic learning of ways of implementation of just judicial procedure which in its turn is a standard of realization of constitutional right for judicial defense. This work deals with historical, comparative legal aspects of judges' responsibility for deliberate delivery of unjust, unlawful judicial award, analyses material elements of offence provided for in Article 375 of Ukrainian Criminal Code, specifies understanding of notion of wrongful judicial award, studies the issue of practicability of implementation of criminal responsibility for delivery by a judge of unlawful act by negligence.
