Essay

The clusters of rhenium(III) in the reaction with free radicals, chemical, spectral and physical-chemical properties of the products of the interaction. The determination of the characteristic properties of the interaction between binuclear cluster compounds of rhenium(III) of different structural types and free radicals. IR- and electron spectroscopy (the identification and study of the compounds' chemical properties), electron paramagnetic resonance (the study of the electron structure of the investigated system), elemental analysis, the stopped flow method. The interaction between complex compounds of dirhenium(III) with halogenide and carboxylic ligands of all possible structural types and stable triphenylverdazyl and galvinoxyl radicals has been investigated. For the first time the ability of the cluster Re26+ derivatives with quadruple rhenium-rhenium bond for the interaction with stable triphenylverdazyl and galvinoxyl radicals, as a result, there is the catalytic decomposition of free radicals. The availability of using the derivatives of Re26+ as low toxic substances that reveal biological activity including antihemolitic and antiradical activity has been shown. The results of the interaction between cluster compounds of dirhenium(III) with halogenide and carboxylic ligands of all possible structural types and stable triphenylverdazyl and galvinoxyl radicals can be used in investigations of the route of antiradical achen of new medical preparations on the basis of dinuclear clusters of rhenium(III) in the chemical, biochemical and medical research laboratories.
