Research object. Process of prenatal differential diagnostics of possible genetic rejections of newborns, which are caused above all things influence of teratogene and mutagene factors of environment. Subject of research. Models and methods of prognostication and search of the most credible diagnosis, and also near on probability diagnoses. Primary purpose of work: increase of efficiency of medical genetics consultation functioning due to introduction to practice of patients inspection of new methods and algorithms of prognostication of origin and diagnostics of innate teratosiss and genetic rejections. Research methods. Theoretical researches, executed in-process, are based on the methods of theory of probability and casual processes, mathematical statistics (factor analysis), recognition of patterns, theories of making a decision, theory of artificial neuron networks. The experimental estimations of the offered methods are based on the methods of the statistical processing of experimental data and imitation design. Introduction of elements of scientific researches took a place in the department of instrumental-laboratory control of the State ecological inspection in the Kherson area and in an educational process.
