The thesis is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and improvement of the methods for making managerial decisions on the basis of the operational analysis. On the basis of the researches found in national and foreign scientific literature on management of the operational activity of the enterprises it is pointed out that nowadays the existing approaches for profitable volume of production do not satisfy present condition of management. Interdependences between the main managerial elements of the economic activity of the enterprise are established.
