Plavych S. Theoretical and methodological foundations of lawmaking.

The dissertation is devoted to studying theoretical and methodological grounds of lawmaking, practical aspects of their realization. The need in scientific development of the defined issues is in direct relation with the processes of legal state concept implementation in Ukraine, corresponds to the goals of deep renewal of the system of effective legislation, including drafting laws, being in high consistence with quality- and sense-based criteria. Besides that in the dissertation have been defined the key criteria for classification & types of lawmaking, explained the conditions for effective lawmaking activity, studied the foundations of international and national legal norms realization in lawmaking activity.
