Izmaylova N. Managing working assets of enterprises

In the thesis the trend of scientific thoughts on the definitions of the concept "working assets" has been explored. The external and internal influences on working assets of enterprises have been classified and the force of their influence on the process of managing working assets has been assessed. The models of managing enterprise working assets as a whole and their components have been analyzed. The trends of working asset formation on the Ukrainian enterprises have been characterized; the peculiarities of mining and smelting enterprises' functioning have been investigated. The peculiarities of formation and the working asset use efficiency have been analyzed and the state of credit and debit indebtedness has been in detail assessed. The working asset use efficiency has been estimated. The guidelines for working out producer budget for mining and smelting enterprises and for controlling monetary means support have been proposed. The recommendations on using the methods of mathematical modeling for indebtedness management support have been worked out and the results of approbating these models have been shown.
