The dissertation deals with psychological peculiarities of interpersonal conflicts in state and private institutions. The theoretical analysis of the state-of-art research in this field has been conducted. Both objective and subjective factors, conditions and reasons of interpersonal conflicts in organizations were investigated. Specific managerial-organizational factors were found to determine conflict origination in state and private institutions. New data on specific features of interpersonal conflicts in state and private institutions have been obtained. The specificity for psychological diagnostics of interpersonal conflicts in organisations was determined. The main recommendations how to prevent interpersonal conflicts in organisations have been developed.
