Perepechenyy V. The multipurpose optimization of charts and parameters of cities distributive electric power supply networks with account of their development dynamics

Object of research are normal modes of distributive electric networks. The work purpose is optimization of parameters of distributive electric networks of cities on the basis of the account of many criteria and many parameter problems. Research methods provide the use of methods of mathematical statistics and the indistinct logic, methods of stage-by-stage and complex optimization, geometrical and mathematical programming; the equipment of telemeasurements and remote control of the automated system of dispatching management was used at experimental research. Theoretical and practical results of the work consist in further perfection of algorithm and programs of research. The methods of optimization of parameters and modes of systems of electric power supply of cities had the further development; the models of distributive networks of cities for the areas of many-storeyed building are developed; the optimum parameters of networks of the average and low voltage are defined; for the first time for the city networks the conditions under which it is necessary to do calculations on admissible loss of pressure depending on the number of loadings and length correlation or for economic reasons are established. The design procedure of modes of the networks is accepted and introduced by the enterprise of the Kharkov city electric networks and SК "Kharkivoblenergo"; the results of the work are used in educational process at KhNAME. Design and operation of the systems of electric power supply of cities is the sphere of application of the research.
