Skibitsky V. Profilaktiks of an inflammation of a pulp which arises after deep preparation of a teeth under fixed designs.

Dissertation is devoted to the questions of rise of efficiency of orthopaedic medical treatment by the all-casted fixed combined dentures for which it is necessary deep preparation of supporting teeth, by development and introduction of the measures directed on saving of viability of pulp and reduction of quantity of direct and remote complications. Prevalence and character of complications from the side of supporting teeth after deep preparation is studied. The indexes of electro-excitability of pulp in a norm and after deep preparation are set. The method of prognostication of risk of development of inflammation of pulp is developed. The morphological changes of pulp after deep preparation and use of different methods of prophylaxis are studied. It is grounded and the methods of prophylaxis of complications are developed from the side of pulp of supporting teeth. Estimation of efficiency of the offered complexes of prophylactic measures testifies to that their application settles to lower the quantity of complications at medical treatment by the all-casted fixed combined dentures
