The thesis is devoted to the problems of the mechanism of effectiveness enterprises management of recreational complex management. The main principles of the mechanism of effectiveness enterprises management are theoretically substantiated from the point of view of their recreational attraction (recreational potential management, price formation management, service quality management); the main principles of the mechanism of effectiveness enterprises management are also determined. An expertly-statistical estimation of recreational potential of Autonomous Republic Crimea of recreational complex enterprises is realized. Besides the seasonal factor has been analyzed among others influencing effectiveness of enterprises. Methodical recommendations for the effectiveness enterprises management developing of region recreational complex are created. A methodical approach to the working out of the automated system of services effect measuring from recreational complex enterprises is developed.
