The dissertation is devoted to the research of the railway enterprises material and technical support system management problem under conditions of branch orientation to steady development, forming and becoming of market relations. In the work is executed research of conceptual positions of logistical support system management. Improved determination of terms: system of logistical support and its management mechanism. Existent railway transport's structure of logistical support system management is analysed. The method of research of this logistic system has been improved by the way of object's decomposition taking into account its state. Based impartial necessity of introduction of logistic models and reorganization of the contemporary railway's logistical support system by the improvement of its management mechanism. The conceptual approach is offered for reformation of railway's logistical support system. The offered method includes logistic principles and improved mechanism of its management under conditions of forming and becoming of market relations and taking into account a financial and economical crisis. Economic efficiency of the offered measures is calculated.
