The thesis is dedicated to deepening of the theoretical and methodological foundations and working out of the scientific and practical guidelines concerning usage of advanced methods for the formation and development of personnel potential of the food industry's enterprises, which provide the possibility of their effective functioning. The work carried out assessment of the current state of formation and development of the human resources, developed a classification of indicators of the human resources, identified and expanded typology of the HR strategies, worked out the HR strategy election mechanism, developed model of human potential formation, substantiated the ways to human resource capacity strengthen.
