Yaremak Z. Legal regulation of maintenance of state natural resources' cadastres

Dissertation is dedicated to complex study of legal regulation in the sphere of maintenance of state natural resources' cadastres. The author defines essence, notion, and principles of state natural resources' cadastres. She substantiates the necessity of systemic research of state cadastres, defines system of state natural resources' cadastres and characterizes its main characteristics. The author analyses essence of cadastre function and character of its interrelation with other functions of the public management in the sphere of environmental protection. She studies subject composition of public management in the sphere of state cadastres maintenance and process of maintenance of natural resources' cadastres. The author suggests definition of "cadastre information", characterizes methods of its receiving and defines main trends usage of cadastre information. The author proves the necessity to pass the law of Ukraine "On state cadastres of natural resources".
