Essay

Dissertation is devoted complex research of the legal adjusting of hunt in Ukraine. In research determination of concepts is given "hunt". The current legislation of Ukraine, which regulates legal and organizational principles of conduct of hunting economy and realization of hunt, and also efficiency of government control and control in this sphere, is analyzed. The features of conduct of hunting economy are considered in the region of Carpathians of Ukraine. Also, probed separate aspects of application of types of legal responsibility for violation of legislation in industry of hunt. Suggestions are developed and grounded in relation to perfection of the legislative providing of realization of hunt in Ukraine.
