Essay

Dissertation is devoted complex research of features of legal responsibility for violation of forest legislation of Ukraine. At first investigational concept, signs, principles and functions of legal responsibility after violation of the forest legislation as general, main principles, which legal responsibility is based on in the field of the use, management and guard of the forests of Ukraine. On the base of generals about legal responsibility the features of civil, disciplinary, financial, administrative and criminal liability are also investigational in the field of the use and guard of the forests. Separate attention is spared grounds and order of compensation of harm, caused the different types of misconducts and crimes.
