The dissertation is devoted to therapy efficiency increasing for children with gastro-duodenal pathology by including nonspecific adaptogens into the basic therapy on the ground of general nonspecific adaptation reactions investigation. The peculiarities of clinical manifestation gastrodudenal pathlogy of children depending on age, Н. рylori contamination, morpho-functional status of stomach, accompanying allergy diseases were found out. A lot of the deferent coccis, bacillis and fungi accompanied by Н. рylori, were fond while cytological examination of stomach mucous membrane. The general nonspecific adaptation body reactions of children with gastro-duodenal pathology were studied and analyzed. The most of the children with functional dyspepsia (61,3%) had normal physiological reaction of activation. The main peculiarities of adaptation processes of children with chronic gastritis/duodenitis were low reactivity levels. Complex treatment of children with gastroduodenal pathology deteriorated the adaptation non-specific processes in comparison with the previous adaptation reactions. Activation therapy (methyluracil or extract eleuterococci) composed with the basic therapy resulted in adaptation reactions improvement with previous low level of adaptation reactions.
