Essay

The present thesis deals with the problems of the development of information technologies and hardware and software methods, concerned with increasing of the effectiveness of the integration processes of the MES structure into the operation system of potentially dangerous production in a case of an emergency and in the process of its liquidation using the information technologies, synthesis of terminally coordination operation strategies while liquidation of emergency threats and consequences by the developing of effective actions as to the routing of the connection channels and the motion rout selection for the MES subdivisions to the areas of an emergency, that gives the possibility to ensure the continuous interactive operation conditions.
