Theoretical and practical results: grounded necessity of creation of the Unique fund of state social security of workers of agrarian enterprises, dissociated from Pension and the mechanism of his financing is offered on the basis of combination of regressive and progressive scales of extra charge of insurance payments; expedience of near-term introduction of obligatory medical insurance is well-proven for workers, busy in an agrarian sector and necessity of his including for the Unique fund of state social security of workers of agrarian enterprises; the methodical going is improved near actuarial calculations in the field of social security in the context of distributing of certain list of indexes of informative base about the participants of the system of social security, on separate blocks: informing, financial and social, that must provide it maximal filling in the most acceptable to them form.
