Posohov I. Government regulation of the prices for production of social value

Research object. Modern system of government control of prices in Ukraine and its influence on a social policy. Research purpose. Ground of methodical suggestions on the rise of efficiency of government control of prices on socially meaningful products. Research methods. Methods of collection and generalization of information, groupment, tabular and graphic methods, methods of analysis, systematizations and generalizations, statistical methods, heuristic methods, methods of prognostication. Practical value of the got results. Developed in dissertation approaches, methods and got results, are a base for the choice of strategies and creation of conceptions, positions and methods on adjusting of prices and management by the system of pricing. Scientific novelty. Scientific-methodical recommendations on adjustment of normative base and organization of influencing of the state on the sphere of pricing are first developed: fixing in a new release of law of Ukraine "About Prices and Pricing" after every measure of government control of costs of concrete sources of financing, scientific-methodical recommendations of subsequent development of the system of state organs of regulative pricing, distribution of monitoring of prices, which is carried out by the State Inspection on the Control after to the Prices on sole proprietors, creation at the local level of funds for adjusting of prices and tariffs. The results of dissertation research are used in work of the State Inspection on the Control after to the Costs of the Kharkov Region, headquarters of economy of Kharkov Regional State Administration. Separate results are inculcated in the educational process of the National Technical University "Kharkov Polytechnic Institute".
