The thesis is devoted to the problem of children recurrent respirator diseases prophylaxis efficiency increase by the determination of clinical course prognosis character, indexes of exhaled air condensate and topical immune factors activity. The informing prognostical criteria were ascertained and respectively unfavorable course and the algorithm of prognostication was worked out. The violation of electrolyte composition, increase of general albumen concentra- tion, disbalance of lipid-peroxidation system were found out. The efficiency of the differentiated prophylactic programs for children with recurrent respirator diseases was scien- tifically grounded (OR 7,36; 95 % DI 1,68-32,31)
