Lytvyn B. Oxidative-antioxidative homeostasis and the possibilities of its amendment in children with vegetative dysfunctions

Dissertation is devoted studying of a condition of processes free radical process of lipid oxidations and antioxidative systems at children with vegetative dysfunctions, to influence of the treatment directed on correction of oxidative-antioxidative homeostasis. Complex research of oxidative-antioxidative homeostasis at children with different clinical forms of vegetative dysfunctions is conducted. Features of processes of free radical oxidations of lipids and efficiency of reduction of antioxidative systems, and also high activity of free radical oxidations are established. Differences in infringement of fatty acid spectrum of sweat, plasma of blood and erythrocytes membranes depending on an initial vegetative tone are established. Infringements of fatty acid spectrum of biological objects at children who concern a category "victims owing to failure on ChAPS" are defined. The prescription of medicines with antioxidative action taking into account of free radical activity and to a condition of antioxidative systems is offered.
