Donskoj D. Optimization of the recreation enterprises operational management

Principles, methods, models and practically realized, accessible facilities providing the optimum operative planning and management of recreation enterprises on the basis of analysis and prognostication of streams of recreants, were developed in the dissertation. The dissertation researches provide obtaining the theoretical results, which substantiate of using of stream control and accessible finished working products - the novel methodical receptions and facilities for planning and operative management of recreation enterprise, - which are adequate to the changing conditions of external environment. Offered approach is based on consideration of input stream of recreants as the basic specific external resource of recreation enterprise. The developed approach provides optimization of enterprise and achievement of his steady functioning taking into account the dynamics of recreation process and is based on analysis and prognostication of recreation streams and dynamic models of planning and management. Methods of stream optimization of parameters of recreation enterprise - number of places and duration of rest of recreants - were developed with the use of vehicle of queuing theory.
