Forming of management efficiency of suburban complex of railway transport Work is devoted to the formation of management effectiveness suburban passenger complex, which is based on the use of marketing and logistics. By the analysis of the systems and by a construction " tree of aims" were exposed potential backlogs of reduction of unprofitableness of suburban transportations of railway transport and basic measures are developed on the rise of efficiency of suburban transportations. As a result of the conducted scientific research the necessary amount of pair of trains was optimized, and also the methods of fight are offered against without ticket passage.
