Sidorenko Y. Clinical and pathogenetic peculiarities, treatment and medical rehabilitation patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, combined with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis on a background of pulmonary tuberculosis

In dissertation the data of complex clinical laboratory inspection are generalized 108 patients in age from 20 to 59 years with the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, combined with nonalcoholic steatohepatitis on a background of pulmonary tuberculosis. A clinic of this comorbide disease is characterized by combination of intoxication, asthenic and nevrotic, bronсhopulmonary and hepatomegalic syndromes. It is shown, that in a pathogenetic plan for this comorbide pathology characteristic presence of the changes from the side of both - systems and local immunity: decline of indexes of cellular immunity, oppression of the macrophagal phagocytes system, accumulation of circulatory immune complexes and disbalance of cytokines in a blood, and also violation of cyto-immunological indexes of broncho-alveolar secret. Thus, next to development of "metabolic intoxication" syndrome, by the substantial activating of lipoperoxidation and oppression of activity the enzymes of the antioxidant protection system at the inspected patients is marked decline efficiency of energetic metabolism. Pathogenetic ground expedience of the complex treatment of these patients with a combination of the fluimucil-antibiotic IT, alpha-lipon and echinacea purpurea extract and medical rehabilitation measures with the inclusion of echinacea purpurea extract and alpha-lipon, coming from their influence on the dynamics of clinical and instrumental, biochemical and immunological indexes.
