Object: process of strategic marketing management commercial activity of enterprises (MМСАЕ). Purpose: development scientifically of methodical and practical recommendations on perfection of strategic MМСАЕ. Methods: scientific: complex and system approaches; analytical : comparison, groupment, tabular, graphic, cluster analysis, content-analysis; prognostical: expert analysis, economical-mathematical design; marketings: STEEPLE-analysis, matrix. It is offered: conceptual model of strategic MМСАЕ; complex system of MUKDP; method of diagnostics of the strategic planning of MМСАЕ, realizations of strategic control of MМСАЕ; models of analysis: possibilities of achievement of strategic aims in the field of MМСАЕ; to developed of strategic aims and strategies in the field of MМСАЕ; models of estimation: to the potential and real value of buyers for an enterprise; to expedience of contractual policy of enterprise; influences of marketings mediators on an enterprise; influences of contact audiences on an enterprise; to the conflict in a collective; to effectiveness of the marketing system of co-operation of enterprise. Sphere of the use: point-of-sale enterprises.
