The object is the process of developing ERP-system in motor transport company. The purpose is the development of methodical bases and instruments in the sphere of development ERP-system management for freight motor transport company. This purpose allows to optimize the resource distribution, to increase the operation management on-line and quality of managers decisions. Methods - system-logical method, process method, analysis and synthesis, the theory of management, system analysis, line programming, point-to-point method, graphic methods and software programming. Information-methodical support of management in exploitation department is first offered to develop the module of ERP-system for formation of drivers' daily-task with the use of point-to-point method and principle of multicriterion selection. Methodical bases of step-by-step ERP-system development management, function model of formation of drivers' daily-task and methodical bases of implementation management of ERP-system are improved. The classification of management risks during development and implementation of ERP-system got subsequent development of concept. Results are inculcated on enterprises and in an educational process. The sphere of the use is a motor transport enterprises' management.
