Essay

The thesis is dedicated to the solution of an urgent scientific task: increasing of efficiency of diagnostics and treatment of pancreas' exocrine function abnormalities developing on the background of chronic gastroduodenitis of different genesis taking into account expressiveness of this organ secretor violations. Correction of the pathology has been carried out with system enzymatic therapy drug. Efficiency of this correction has been compared with traditional pancreatin correction results. 126 patients with chronic gastroduodenitis and functional dyspepsia aged from 5 to 17 years and 20 practically healthy children who have made up a control group have been examined in the course of the research. Specific methods of observation such as fecal elastase-1, immunoglobulines A and E salivary level estimation, stomach's mucous tunic bioptates investigation have been used. Pancreas exocrine function violation type has been estimated in chronic gastroduodenitis of allergic and inflammatory genesis and functional dyspepsia as well. Differential treatment has been accompanied with positive clinical dynamics, remission period prolongation and has provided fecal elastase-1 level significant increasing in prevailing majority of the patients.
