Essay

The object of researches is Process of forming of meat productivity at the bull-calves of the Ukrainian red milk breed under act of maternal and paternal heredity. The purpose of researches is Determination of parameters of estimation of meat productivity of animals of the Ukrainian red milk breed and factors of influence on its forming taking into account maternal and paternal heredity. The methods of researches are zootechnics, haematological, immunogenetical, economic. Results of researches: 1. For a theory - is First appraised meat to productivity of cattle of the Ukrainian red milk breed on selection-genetic parameters taking into account heredity of initial maternal and paternal Holsteins breeds. 2. For practice - Results of researches ground expedience of the use of animals of the Ukrainian red milk breed for production of beef in the economies of different types and forms of own. Animals with part of heredity on a Holsteins breed making better 50% and anymore for all period of growing of bull-calves provide average daily increases at the level of 811,1…830,5 g. Sphere of the use - economies on growing of cattle.
